Welcome to the on-line studio of Roxanne M. Jarvis, also
known as the Tolefairie.
Roxanne is a decorative artist and textile designer and has done so professionally
since 1999. The artwork you find throughout the cart is her own and in
addition to what is on the site, her designs are frequently found in the
industry's leading painting and textile "how-to" publications.
Roxanne travel teaches and publishes instructional design patterns for the decorative painter. And coming in early January she will expand her instructional packets to include a few textile-based arts too.

Some fun things in magazine issues!
Roxanne has added to her wooden shoe designs in the Autumn Issue of PaintWorks Magazine. The design entitled Who Stole My Brookstick features a witch who's misplaced her broom, and amidst some fraidy-cat trees, the ghost has taken it off! Don't forget to pick up your copy of this wondeful magazine.
And any time the new issue of PaintWorks Winter Issue will be on the newsstands. It will have Roxanne's latest Christmas design - a screen painting. So don't miss that!
